This reel-to-reel tape was the original studio master of Tito Puente's song "Oye Como Va" and was imbued with inescapable rhythmic realignment (described by Artie as "enough to reset anyone's rhythm").

This artifact was collected from Azzelian Studio on January of 1978 by a Agent by the name of Whistler, M.

Playing the song, can cancel out hallucinations and mental delusions via constant audio output.

This artifact was used by Artie to try and cancel out the effects of the Telegraph from Oman on a delusional Pete. But the constant audio output wasn't enough to overload the Telegraph, so combined with the tape and the visual overload from Artie's Tesla through a windshield, it finally broke free and saved Pete.
