Featured articles must represent the Warehouse 13 wiki's best work. These exemplar articles are agreed upon by the wiki community to be especially well-written, informative, and comprehensive. Featured articles clearly cover all available information on a subject. Any article nominated to become a Featured article should fulfill the following criteria:

  • well-written: A well-written article addresses not only the content of the article but the appropriate presentation of the information for the majority of readers.
  • comprehensive: A comprehensive article should be complete as far as possible, but without adding any unnecessary rambling. Completeness includes citing all sources.
  • accurate: The Warehouse 13 wiki only accepts accurate information. Speculation presented as facts automatically discredit an articles candidacy for featured status.
  • undisputed & stable: The article content shouldn't change significantly between revisions. While minor improvements, especially in response to comments after being nominated for Featured article status, will and absolutely should happen, any article with content currently under dispute is decidedly not a good candidate.

While it may be possible to write a good article from scratch, it is highly encouraged to let other editors copy-edit and comment on possible flaws before nominating the article. One way to achieve this is to request an information peer review on the talk page of the article.
