Background[]
Found clutched in the hands of one of the victims from the sinking ship (who died of hypothermia); it was imbued with the icy chill of that night. Traded by Artie to the Russians for family members of his (and/or other dissidents) in the Gulags. Artie never saw this artifact again until an NSA agent was found dead in his office of hypothermia even though the thermostat said it was 70 degrees in the room. The man that killed the agent was the son of Artie's former Soviet contact and he killed the agent to get to his computer and get a list of the people the Soviets released in exchange for the artifacts Artie gave them.
Usage[]
By blowing on the wood while pointing at a target, it will induce hypothermia in that person. It can only be reversed by having the affected person clutch the wood tight to their chest.

The RMS Titanic was the largest ship afloat at the time of her maiden voyage. She was the second of three Olympic class ocean liners operated by the White Star Line, and she was built by the Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast with Thomas Andrews, who perished with the ship, as her naval architect. On her maiden voyage, she carried 2,224 passengers and crew.
